RTI Commissioner &amp; Senior Attorney Ms Kishali Pinto-Jayawardena was also here as an observer.\" width=\"389\" height=\"292\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1911\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sinhala Training session was conducted by Attorney\/journalist Ms Radika Gunaratne. RTI Commissioner &amp; Senior Attorney Ms Kishali Pinto-Jayawardena had a honorary presences as an observer.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>, Nuwaraeliya and Kegalle Disrticts, which was a success story. It was held on last 22<sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nd<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> at Devon Hotel, Kandy with a participation of not less than 120 journalists representing various media organizations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The training programme was held as two seperate-parrarell sessions for Sinhala and Tamil journalists. Sinahla session was conducted by Mr Kamal Liyanarachchi and Attorney\/journalist Radika Gunaratne.
