How were the reserves spent?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you made any investments using them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve submitted a request for information (RTI) to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) to find answers for the above questions.
